One of the reasons I love working with Internet technologies is that the web is still free range.  Small companies and individuals can become large successes by essentially explaining their process.  While this might seem like selling the farm to many, this shows knowledge and expertise.  In the eyes of the growing population of the web savvy this lends credibility to your cause.

In recent days I have taken this idea into my offline world.  I have started explaining almost every step of what I what I am going to do for my clients.  This seems to demystify the Internet and web marketing for them and give them a better perspective of what options are available.
